I'm Rachel, the girl behind this random collection of thoughts, pictures, and life lessons. Honestly, this blog is just a way for me to chronicle all the things the Lord is teaching me as I try to live this life for Him. I love Jesus, my hubby, and my family more than anything in this entire world! They are seriously the best and there's no way I could do life without any of them!

I absolutely love to travel and taking pictures is one of my favorite hobbies! My dream job is to do both of these things...travel the world and document my adventures through tons of pictures! But...since that's a little far fetched and I've been told I should have more realistic expectations (say what?!), I have a degree in Elementary Education and am on the Human Resources team at Southeast Christian Church.

I love crafting (though I'm not very good at it) and am an aspiring homemaker...I wish I could say I'm a skilled baker, master chef, and professional seamstress but I'd be telling a big fat fib ha! Though I can't claim to be all of these things, I am certainly a work in progress and hope that with time and a lot more life experience, I might get better at each of these things!

All in all, I'm just a sinner saved by grace. I'm an imperfect wife, a spoiled rotten daughter, a goofy sister, and a crazy friend. Lucky for me, the people in my life love me a lot and my Creator in Heaven loves me even more! I'm incredibly blessed and want my life to be a reflection of the love that Jesus has lavished upon me. I hope you're encouraged by the simple words I write and that you'll join me in this journey as I try to walk in step with our Lord and Savior.
